Monthly Spiritual Direction 

We will meet the same time each month to engage in an hour long session of Spiritual Direction. ​​

What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is the development of awareness to what the Holy Spirit might be up to in one’s life and surroundings. 

It is learning to pay attention and practice attunement to the Love of the Holy Trinity in the presence of a trusted guide.​

Cost

Because accessibility matters, when booking monthly Spiritual Direction, I use a sliding scale of $50-$100/session.

  The cost covers the 1 hr session + the time it takes for me to prepare and reflect.
